This listing is for a one of a kind handmade Dragon statue who is guarding his little treasure box.. The dragon was completely sculpted by hand around a wire skeleton with polymer clay. No molds used.
The Dragon is permanently fixed to the box, which is made of wood, painted & covered in quartz crystals.

This box has been completely customized. It was stained brown, & details were added to give it a mystical, antique look. The inside of the box in lined in purple crush velvet. The keyhole in the front was hand sculpted with clay. Though it is a non functioning mock lock, the key necklace that comes with the chest snugly sits inside.

I have always loved dragons & fantasy creatures & having this little guy around separates you a little bit from the real world.
I did not use reference photos to create this. All I did was gather my supplies, use my imagination & let my hands do the rest.
