Do you ship internationally?
Ideationox is based in the United States. I ship internationally to United Kingdom, Canada, Chile, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Israel, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland & Uruguay.
Ideationox is not responsible for extra shipping taxes/cost on international packages.

How are items shipped?
Items are shipped flat rate. US shipping can take 2-6 business days Tracking is available for US orders. International orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on customs tracking is not available once item leaves the US.
Shipping Policy?
Please give your order 1-5 business days before your item/s are all packaged up, shipped out and on it's way to you! There maybe be a few days delay during sword releases due to large amount of orders being packaged and shipped all at once. Thank you for your patience!

I do not accept custom orders at this time.

It's a button available on certain listings where restocking the item can be done if item is sold out. All you do is click the button and I get a message letting me know which items to prioritize restocking. Please keep in mind I am constantly working on other items and other restocks so please be patient.
